How much is installation for Rise Broadband internet?

The cost for installation at your home is $149.00. We are offering 50% off the installation price if you sign up with a 2 year contract. If you opt to bundle your internet plan with video and voice, installation can be waived depending on the plan choice.

Is there a cancellation fee?

You may cancel your service for any reason with at least 30 days notice to Rise Broadband effective at the end of the month. However if you agreed to a service plan or contract and cancel before the contract is up, you will be subjected to an early termination fee. For example, those that signed a 2 year agreement may be subject to a $250 Early Termination Fee, while those that signed a 1 year agreement will be subjected to a $125 Early Termination Fee.
